Take Heed

One of my teachers, one that I trusted a lot, one that the Lord was using in big ways, became morally impure with his clients. I was pretty devastated when I found out about it.

As I was thinking about it I realized how much more the enemy was attacking him than the average Christian who doesn't do much for the Lord.  I also recognized that I thought he was so strong spiritually that I didn't pray for him.

It was a good reminder that those who are doing the most for the Lord are the ones who get attacked the hardest. It was also a good reminder that I need to make sure I stay pure and clean.

Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
Luke 22:31b

But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
I Corinthians 9:27
